About the author

Rory Barnes is researcher at the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory at the University of Arizona. His research focuses on the theoretical side of on of the hottest topics in Astrophysics - the science of extrasolar planets. His awards include an Outstanding Senior Award as well as a NASA GSRP fellowship.
