Report

"This book is an excellent overview of the field of energetic materials, well structured in terms of materials and applications." ( Chemistry World, December 2010)

"I can visualize the magnitude of work and efforts put in this assignment from the quantum of information packed in this book. Indeed this book is going to be a very good guidebook for the professionals dealing with high energy materials and a milestone in the literature on explosives, propellants and pyrotechnics. I am sure that the wealth of information along with a large number of bibliographic references provided in this book will prove to be a goldmine for researchers working in this area. The eminent author, Dr. Jai Prakash Agrawal deserves kudos and appreciation from the entire HEMs community for his valuable contribution to the world of explosive s literature." (Institute of Energetic Materials, 1 November 2010)
"The work is clearly and appropriately divided into six chapters, and leads the reader through almost every aspect of high-energy materials. It is written in a way that is also understandable for readers other than chemists." ( Angewandte Chemie , 2010)
