Es werden zunächst relevante Komponenten des Toyota Produktionssystems, die mit Just-in-Time in Verbindung stehen, definiert. Dann erfolgt eine Aufstellung der Anforderungen des Just-in-Times an den Arbeitnehmer und der Belastungen, denen er sich ausgesetzt sieht. Anschließend wird verdeutlicht, dass dieses ursprüngliche Just-in-Time System in Japan zwar durchsetzbar war und ist; für Deutschland allerdings humanisiert werden muss.

This paper deals with the influence of Just-in-Time on shop floor workers. First of all a Just-in-Time related definition of important parts of the Toyota Production System is given. Then the requirements for the employees and their pressures are shown. Furthermore it will be illustrated why Just-in-Time has succeeded in Japan, but has to be humanized to get implemented in Germany.
