About the author
TOM FLORES is the head coach of the Los Angeles Raiders, as well as the former head coach and general manager of the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks. He is one of only two men who have won Super Bowls as a player, assistant coach, and head coach, and his five Super Bowl rings are more than any other person has earned.
BOB O’CONNOR has coached football for nearly 50 years, from junior high school to university to European professional teams. He is an honorary member lifetime member of The American Football Coaches Association and has coached alongside two Super Bowl coaches. He is a professor at Pierce College in Los Angeles and the author of more than 20 books on health and physical education.
