Are there connections between the structures of political systems and types of scientific advice to policymak - ing? Die Wissenschaft spielt in der Politikberatung eine große und weiter wachsende Rolle. Der Beratung durch Experten kommt immer mehr eine Scharnierfunktion zwischen Regierungs- und gesetzgebenden Organen sowie nicht-staatlichen Playern bzw. der Zivilgesellschaft zu. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, in welcher Form wissenschaftliche Institutionen und Einzelpersonen in unterschiedlichen Ländern Einfluss auf die Formulierung von Politiken nehmen.
