geb. 1917 in London, jüngster Sohn des grossen Musikers, Philosophen und Mystikers Hazrat Inayat Khan in Suresnes bei Paris aufgewachsen. Musikalische Ausbildung an der Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris bei Nadja Boulanger, profunder Kenner der umfassenden Lehren seines Vaters.
Er ist Komponist und schreibt symphonische Musik, die auf der ganzen Welt aufgeführt wird: Gandhi Symphony, Poème en FA, Suite Symphonique 'La Monotonia', Chanson Exotique, Ballet Rituel, Royal Legend Symphonic Poem, Zikar Symphony, Message Symphony, Virginia Symphonic Poem, Concerto pour Orchestre à Cordes.
