Informationen zum Autor Chloe Aridjis, daughter of Mexican writer Homero Aridjis, grew up in the Netherlands and Mexico City. After receiving a B.A from Harvard, she went on to receive a Master's and Ph.D. in nineteenth-century French poetry at Oxford. A book of essays based on her doctoral thesis on magic shows and literature of the fantastic was published in Mexico in 2005. She currently lives in Berlin, where she works for the Berlin Literary Festival and is at work on her second book.
