Informationen zum Autor José van Mil grew up in her father's restaurant and trained at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London. She currently works as a food stylist and culinary consultant to a number of food brands. She has written for the Pink Ribbon Foundation and developed the method and recipes featured in this book while cooking for her husband during his fight against cancer. Christine Archer-Mackenzie is a governor at the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
