Die Rolle der Gerechtigkeit im utilitaristischen Nutzenprinzip

Kann das Nutzenprinzip moralische Institutionen gewährleisten oder stehen sie im Widerspruch zueinander? Um diese Fragen zu beantworten, wird zuerst einmal der allgemeine Status der Gerechtigkeit im Utilitarismus geklärt. Daraufhin wird die Kritik Günter Ellscheids am Utilitarismus vorgestellt, um dann eine Verteidigung anzuschließen, die auf der Idee des humanen Utilitarismus Bernward Gesangs beruht. Diese Hausarbeit stellt eine Gegenüberstellung von Argumenten für und wider den Utilitarismus dar. Ergebnis ist eine Möglichkeit der Vereinbarung moralischer Institutionen mit dem Utilitarismus.AbstractThis text deals with the question how important justice and the protection of minorites are in utilitarian theories. Is utalitarian thinking able to guarantee moral institutions or do they come into conflict?To answer this question I will explain the general status which justice has in utilitarism. The following presents Günter Ellscheid`s criticism of utilitarism. After that I try to defend utilitarism on the basis of Bernward Gesang`s idea of a human utilitarism. This paper is a confrontation of arguments pro and con utilitarism. The result is a possibility of making utilitarism and moral institution compatible.
