Informationen zum Autor Dr James A. DiNardo is Clinical Director of Cardiac Anesthesia at Boston Children's Hospital and is also Director of the Harvard Fellowship Program. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Board of Echocardiography and Chairman of the Perioperative TEE Exam Writing Committee. David A. Zvara , MD is Jay. J. Jacoby Professor and Chair, the Ohio State University Department of Anesthesiology.
