About the author

Dr. Ansgar Zerfaß lehrte und forschte nach dem Studium der Wirtschafts- und Kommunikationswissenschaften an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Heute tätig in der Geschäftsleitung eines Medienunternehmens, verfügt über mehr als zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmens- und Politikberatung, als Publizist sowie bei der Umsetzung strategischer Kommunikationskampagnen für eine Landesregierung.
