This volume constitutes the proceedings of the thirdInternational Workshop on Static Analysis (WSA`93), held inPadova, Italy, in September 1993. The objective of theinternational workshop series WSA is to serve as a forum forthe discussion of the various aspects of static analysis indifferent programming paradigms.
