Informationen zum Autor Helena Gillespie BA (Hons)! PGCE! PGCHEP! MA is lecturer in Education in the School of Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of East Anglia. Before joining the University in 2002! she was a senior manager in a primary school! and has 10 years teaching experience at Foundation Stage! Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She also worked as a consultant teacher for ICT for Norfolk County Council. Helena teaches Science on the primary PGCE and on masters level courses! and her research interests are in the field of ICT! the pedagogy of teacher education and science! having been funded for research in this area for the past 2 years by the TTA. She has written for books and journals on learning technology and science. Rob Gillespie BSc (Hons)! PGCE! is a teacher of science at Wymondham High School! Norfolk! where he is currently coordinator of Key Stage Three Science. He has 11 years teaching experience at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and also at Advanced Level Chemistry (his degree specialism) and Physics. A member of the Association for Science Education for 12 years! he also moderates Science Coursework for GCSE. As a practising teacher he has taught pupils of all ages and abilities at secondary level and lead reviews of curriculum development for science teaching within the school and through liaison with feeder primary schools.
