Informationen zum Autor Silvina Gvirtz is director of the School of Education, Universidad de San Andres, Buenos Aires, researcher for the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research, director of the annual publication of the Argentine Society for the History of Education, and a series editor at Granica Publishing. In 2003 she was a Guggenheim Fellow, in 2001 she was a visiting professor at the University of Liepzieg, Germany, and in 1999 she was a visiting professor at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
