Janette Klingner is an Associate Professor in Bilingual Special Education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, in the Division for Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity. Elizabeth Cramer is an Assistant Professor of Special Education in the Department of Educational and Psychological Studies at Florida International University in Miami.
