Informationen zum Autor William Bezanson, P.Eng, is an engineer who advises organizations on how to design products and services to be user-centered. He has published a professional book on that subject, "Performance Support Solutions: Achieving Business Goals Through Enabling User Performance," Victoria BC: Trafford Publishing, 2002.
