In this book I described the phenomenon of anti-gravity in the framework of general relativity and gave examples of its use such as black holes and a new model of the universe explaining the problems of modern cosmology. Gravity and anti-gravity has layer-like nature. Our Universe can be treated as a gigantic homogeneous black hole. It is isolated from the rest of universe by an area of spacetime where anti-gravity occurs. I proposed a relatively simple experiment testing the presented hypotheses.
