This book contains a large study of the connection between the electromagnetic field and gravitational field. The study is based on the formal analogy between the equations of electromagnetic field and the equations of gravitational field and it is composed of two chapters. In the first chapter is studied the connection between electromagnetic radiation and gravity, and in the second is studied a possible connection between the curvature of space and the stationary magnetic fields.

Daniel Bratianu was born in Ploiesti - Romania. He studied mathematics at the University of Ploiesti. His current research interests are in the areas of mathematical physics and theoretical physics.
