About the author

George Orwell (1903–1950) was temporarily homeless as a young man and served in the Spanish Civil War in 1936, where he was seriously injured. His novels Animal Farm and 1984 provided haunting prophecies about the future that are more relevant today than ever.Ingo Dachwitz, geb. 1987, ist Tech-Journalist und Kommunikationswissenschaftler.
