Dr Rose Aghdami is an experienced chartered coaching psychologist, and is passionate about the benefits of developing resilience. She has a busy private practice coaching people to build their resilience skills so they can thrive even when under extreme pressure. Rose currently provides online coaching psychology sessions to senior professionals, and resilience training to businesses, and supervises coaches and psychologists. She served as the resident psychologist for BBC Radio Oxford for several years. She is a sought-after international speaker on her well-regarded approach to developing greater resilience: 'FUEL Your Resilience' and recommended by the BPS to the media as a resilience expert.
