The Handbook of Security, Quantum Computing, and Internet of Things explores the critical intersection of IoT, security, and quantum technologies. As IoT devices multiply, ensuring robust protection has become urgent. The book begins with IoT security standards, highlighting vulnerabilities and strategies like SQL Injection Defence (SQLi-DS). It addresses architectural challenges and stresses adaptive frameworks to withstand evolving cyber threats. The role of AI and ML in strengthening IoT security is emphasized, including hybrid ML-based attack prevention and IP reputation validation in isolated networks. Practical applications, such as secure BLE transmission for wearables, illustrate real-world impacts. A detailed examination of IoT components and vulnerabilities provides actionable guidance for risk mitigation. The handbook also introduces quantum cryptography, presenting future-ready methods for safeguarding data. This resource equips researchers, professionals, and students with knowledge to advance IoT security and harness quantum innovations in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
