About the author
Jaytilak Biswas received his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and PhD from the Industrial Management Department of the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. He worked about three-and-a-half decades at senior executive positions of various public sector enterprises and Government of India. He has published several papers in specialized national and international journals of repute. He is a guest faculty member of many leading management institutions and a member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. His areas of academic interests are Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain management and Project management.
