About the author










Razia Khanam holds both an M.Pharm. and a Ph.D. degree from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India. Currently positioned as a professor specializing in pharmacology at Gulf Medical University in Ajman, UAE, she boasts an extensive tenure of 23 years in the realms of teaching and research. Her scholarly contributions have garnered significant attention, amassing over 1110 citations. Dr. Khanam also holds the distinction of being an esteemed member of the editorial boards of various renowned journals. Her accomplishments further encompass accolades such as the 1999 Gold Medal from Jamia Hamdard and the Career Award for Young Scientists conferred by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Divya Vohora holds the position of Professor of Pharmacology in the School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER) at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. With over 24 years of teaching and research experience, she has served in various roles such as Head of Department for Pharmacology, Assistant Dean for Student's Welfare, Director of the Department of Distance and Online Learning (DODL), and In-Charge of Pharmaceutical Medicine (a collaborative doctoral program with Sun Pharma). Dr. Vohora has published more than 200 research articles in both National and International journals of high repute and has authored and edited four books.
