In her early twenties, while working on a feature film in Austria, a chance encounter with the legendary photographer Eve Arnold set Carole Latimer on a new path. During long delays on set, she casually took photographs, and noticing her talent, Eve Arnold encouraged Carole to pursue photography professionally. This moment sparked a lifelong friendship, with Eve becoming a mentor and guiding Carole for over thirty years. Carole's portraiture is known for its sensitive, empathetic approach, capturing the essence of her diverse clients. Over 3,000 individuals, from actors to politicians, authors, and musicians, have posed for her. With a rich background in theatre, Carole's portfolio also spans interiors, flowers, and gardens, further complementing her celebrated work.
