About the author
Dr. Richa Goel is an associate professor in Economics and International Business at Symbiosis Centre of Management Studies. She earned a Gold Medal for her master’s degree in Economics with dual specializations and holds an MBA in HR with additional specializations in Economics and Law. Dr. Goel has a Ph.D. in Management, focusing on Diversity Management and Technology. Her significant projects, including E-Shiksha, Women Empowerment, and Inclusive Banking, have been recognized by New Zealand’s Ministry of Finance. She has authored over 20 books published by leading academic presses and has numerous papers in UGC, SCOPUS, and ABDC journals. Dr. Goel is also the lead editor for several Scopus-indexed journals and serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Sustainable Finance. Her research interests include Women Empowerment, Responsible Management, Sustainable Economies, SDGs, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.
David Crowther is an expert in various fields; he is a specialist in business administration, a games theoretician, and a psychologist while also a qualified accountant who had worked as an accountant, systems specialist, and general manager in local government, industry, and commerce for over 20 years. He has published more than 500 articles in academic, business, and professional journals and edited book collections and over 70 books. He has also spoken widely at conferences and seminars worldwide and acted as a consultant to a wide range of government, professional, and commercial organizations, including to US presidential candidates.
Quazi Tafsirul Islam is a faculty member at North South University with extensive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Banking, Investment, and Relationship Management. Over the past decade, he has established himself as a skilled trainer and researcher. Passionate about Sustainable Development Goal 12 (SDG 12), he actively promotes sustainability and influences policy changes. He has authored over 30 articles published in prestigious journals and national newspapers. Alongside his academic work, Quazi Tafsirul Islam provides consultancy in management, learning, HR, and cultural audits for local businesses, multinational corporations, and international NGOs.
Dr. Tilottama Singh is a distinguished HR Analytics professional from IIM, bringing over 14 years of expertise in Human Resources and Work Dynamics. She currently heads the School of Management at Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. Her specializations include Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy, with a focus on HR, Strategy, and Law in her teaching. Dr. Singh began her career at Leela Kempinski before joining renowned universities like IMS Unison Group and Amity University. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources & Management with Distinction and has a strong research background, with numerous publications and conference presentations. She is active in promoting emotional well-being and sustainable practices in business through her involvement with AIMA.
