A time of introspection is how I would describe our times today. Things aren't like they used to be. Our country is struggling under debt that may be insurmountable. Domestically, our political structure has unraveled. The old US led world is having to adjust to a new world order. Mother Earth is Spring Cleaning, and nothing looks good at that time. Technologically, AI is accelerating everything. This is not business as usual.
I hope my book can help one understand that the game of life is best played internally, not externally. The answers to be found will come by looking inside, not outside. Life is meant to be a joyful journey of learning and experiencing. We have to decide whether we want to travel with a smile or a frown.
