In New York-the city that never sleeps and where anything can happen-two completely different worlds collide: a patrol officer with a hero's heart, and a tour guide who knows every street... except the path to her own heart.

What starts as a chance encounter between duty and routine quickly sparks an attraction that's impossible to ignore.

Amid the buzz of the city and the twists of fate, tension runs high, tough choices must be made... and funny unpredictable moments sneak in when least expected.

With the city as their backdrop, they learn that love can show up out of nowhere-and that making it through together might just be the greatest adventure of all.

A romantic novel bursting with chemistry, adrenaline, funny moments, and hearts racing for all the right-and sometimes dangerous-reasons.

About the author

Connie Suárez Nistal was born in Asturias, Spain, in December 1958. During her childhood, she emigrated with her family to South Africa, after a brief stay in Brazil. She completed her entire education-from primary through secondary school-in British English.Almost at the age of eighteen, she returned to Spain, where she has been living for over four decades. Her professional journey began as a bilingual secretary, but most of her career has been dedicated to teaching English in language academies. Connie's passion for writing began early in life. In 2021, following the COVID-19 pandemic, she began writing regularly, focusing primarily on fiction, particularly in the romance genre. Many of her stories are inspired by a creative idea first imagined-though never fully explored-during her teenage years. She currently publishes her work in both Spanish and English, a reflection of her bilingualbackground. Through her novels, she aims to create emotionally resonant stories that stand out for the depth and sensitivity of their characters and narratives.
