BUSINESS CONTRACTS - Essay on classifications. DE

With the help of the great masters in Business Law, who guided my studies to teach Business Law in the bachelor's degree course in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, I learned something about business contracts and I would like to share with my students and readers my experiences in more than forty years of teaching. I hope that my goal will be achieved with this short essay on a new classification of the types of business contracts.
