This is a small collection of short stories. Tales. Follow the adventures of the old man, the messenger Julius, the young girl Eleanor, Tom of Paris, Linda and her family, Mrs Parker, the accused John Fuller, chess player Alexander Panov, the piano man, Senator Katie Britt, and the three witches.They struggle with death, comfort, guilt, identity, happiness, injustice, missed opportunities and the weight of the world.Will they succeed in their endeavours or fail?Will they resist or be tempted?Persevere or crumble?

About the author

I am Jonathan Miller, an 18-year-old author based in Hamburg. I love to write short stories. Creating characters and the environments in which they move. And then bringing those to life.

In the book "Tales", I collected twelve short stories that do not follow any particular theme but are independent of each other. Yet, they all portray somewhat strange protagonists in an even stranger world. In which they tend to encounter their own challenges.
