John Richardson is a Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management., where he teaches Power and Negotiation. He was for several years an Associate at the Harvard Negotiation Project and a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, where he taught Negotiation and Multi-Party Negotiation. John is the only person to have co-authored negotiation books with both Roger Fisher and Howard Raiffa, co-writing Getting It Done and Negotiation Analysis. Along with his wife, Sheila Teen, John is schooled in negotiation daily by their three children.

As an organizational culture consultant running workshops and coaching leaders, her work spans both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to her lecturing and consulting work, she was a management consultant and subsequently worked at two start-ups in Silicon Valley. A cherry and apple farmer in Traverse City, Michigan has drawn her back to her home state.
