About the author

Won Lee is a plastic surgeon. He received his M.D. from Yonsei University Medical College and Ph.D. from College of Medicine, Dongguk University, Seoul, South Korea. Currently, he is the Director of Yonsei E1 Plastic Surgery Clinic, Anyang. Dr. Lee is the member of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and he is the president of Minimal Invasive Plastic Surgery association from 2022 to 2025. He wrote “Filler Complications” book from Springer 2019, “Safe filler injection techniques” book from Springer 2022, "Minimally invasive aesthetic surgery techniques" book from Springer 2022, "Advances in hyaluronic acid filler injections" book from Springer 2024 and “Lifting techniques in plastic surgery” book from Springer 2025. He wrote 73 articles about plastic surgery fields until 2025 and he got the “best paper award” from Plastic and reconstructive surgery at 2021.
