Description

Education faces global challenges such as inequality, access to quality education, and the integration of technology (Ainscow, 2020). By providing stories of school improvement in various international contexts, we aim to identify common issues and develop collaborative solutions. We also aim to promote an understanding of how school leaders in different countries address these challenges, providing a broader perspective on potential strategies. Because educational systems vary significantly across countries due to cultural, economic, and political differences, an international volume on how school leaders improve their schools allows for the sharing of best practices. Additionally, successful leadership strategies from one country can be analyzed and potentially replicated in others.>
