About the author

Marcus Vinicius da Silva Neves has already acted as an Offshore Installation Manager at PETROBRAS and holds a doctoral degree in the energy planning area. His research interests include reliability engineering, energy efficiency and transition, and offshore operations.
Gustavo Arruda Ramalho Lira is an Offshore Installation Manager at PETROBRAS and a Professor at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He holds a master degree in urban engineering. His research interests focus on oil and well engineering, offshore production operations, and management in the E&P industry.
Guilherme Fortes O. F. Lima is a Naval Architect and has already acted as an Offshore Installation Manager at  PETROBRAS and holds a master degree in ocean engineering. His research interests include naval structures, offshore engineering, and FPSO operations.
