The skills are based on the principles of new developments of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) aimed at people who have not succeeded with traditional CBT. The book covers key topics, including flight safety and what happens on board, and shares exercises and strategies based on the authors' years of professional experience. This new edition has been fully updated and includes the experiences of real people throughout.
