The recurrence of post-electoral crises, which hampers both the performative implementation of state development projects and nation-building, poses the challenge of rethinking the system of democratic governance imported from the West, in order to develop a new system that is the answer to these political anomalies. The challenge of our research is that the springboards for Africa's development lie in its ancient history. Hence the need to critically and prospectively reassess this history. It is in this context that we propose "the elaboration of a politico-social content for epistemo-ethics" as a means of redeeming Africa's situation. The aim of our work is not only to restore African values that stand the test of time, but also to consider the possibility of development in peace and social justice, while putting an end to the recurrence of post-electoral crises in Africa.

Born on December 26, 1994, in Etoumbi, Congo, Ricson Jipson ECKASSA-ONGATEKE is a doctoral student in philosophy at Marien Ngouabi University. Co-author of the book "Endo-exogenous development of societies in an oral context," he is secretary general of the Union of Young People Committed to the Congo and a member of the Laboratoire des Savoirs Endogènes (LAB.SA.E).
