About the author

Milan Obaidi is an associate professor of psychology at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a former Fulbright scholar at Harvard. His research on violent extremism has been published in premier journals, such as Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Psychological Science, and Behavioral and Brain Sciences.Jonas R. Kunst is a professor of psychology at the BI Norwegian Business School, Norway, specializing in violent extremism, acculturation, conspiracy theories, and prejudice. A former Fulbright scholar at Harvard and post-doctoral fellow at Yale; he has published more than 100 articles and received several early career awards from organizations such as the Association for Psychological Science.
