Prof. Kostas J. Spyrou has extensive experience in Conference organization and publication of Proceedings. He was the Chairman of the 11th International Conference on the Stability of Ships an Ocean Vehicles (2012) and the Editor-in-Chief of the published proceedings (ISBN 978-618-80163-0-9). Moreover, he was editor of three books published by Springer in the Fluid Mechanics and Its Applications series, which included selected papers from several International Conferences on the Stability of Ships and Ocean Vehicles and from International Ship Stability Workshops (ISBN: 978-94-007-1481-6; ISBN: 978-3-030-00514-6; ISBN: 978-3-031-16328-9). Prof. Spyrou has acted as the editor-in-chief of the Proceedings of the Annual Meeting of Marine Technology taking place in Athens, for several years (period 2007 to 2014).He has been a member of several executive committees supervising the organization of international conferences and the publication of proceedings.
Dr. N. Themelis was the Secretary of the 11th International Conference on the Stability of Ships an Ocean Vehicles (2012) and editor of the published proceedings (ISBN 978-618-80163-0-9). He has been a member of the organizing committee of the Annual Meetings of Marine Technology of Greece for more than 10 years, with main responsibility to manage papers’ reviewing and to liaise with the publisher.
