Francesca Romana Arduino is a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Sciences at European University of Rome (Italy), with a PhD in Management from LUISS University in Rome. Her main research interests include corporate governance, leadership, and sustainability. She has authored numerous scientific articles published in international peer-reviewed journals.
