Eye Melanoma Unveiled: Cutting-Edge Diagnosis, Revolutionary Treatments and Advanced Drug Delivery delves into the latest advancements in drug delivery systems for diagnosing and treating eye melanoma. Compiled by leading scientists globally, the book thoroughly examines innovative drug delivery techniques utilized in uveal melanoma treatments, beginning with an overview of the disease's epidemiology, risk factors, pathogenesis, and molecular mechanisms. The book further discusses imaging techniques and diagnostic methods essential for precise disease identification.

Despite stable incidence rates over the past thirty years and enhanced local treatments, survival rates for uveal melanoma have not notably improved. Recent genetic and cytogenetic developments have improved prognostication and cancer identification with high metastatic potential. This book is invaluable for specialists in drug formulation and delivery, eye oncologists, translational researchers, and life scientists.
