Sergio Tofano (STO) (Roma 1886 - Roma 1973) Attore, scrittore e illustratore, studia a Roma Lettere e recitazione, esordendo nel 1909 con Ermete Novelli. Con lo pseudonimo di Sto, scrive e illustra testi per l¿infanzia e collabora a numerosi periodici, creando nel 1917 sul «Corriere dei Piccoli» il Signor Bonaventura, al quale dedicherà libri e spettacoli. Docente all¿Accademia Silvio d¿Amico, ha ricevuto il Premio S. Genesio nel 1961.
