About the author










Anne Jewell is the executive director of Louisville Slugger Museum & FactoryTM. She has given presentations and taught a class on the history of professional baseball in Louisville. She was a contributing writer for Smithsonian Baseball and has authored a children's book about the world's biggest baseball bat, which is pictured above.
