About the author
Irene Guerrieri was born and educated in Rome. As an architect, she dedicates her research and her entire professional activity to the study of design, with particular attention to design for children and educational toys. With leading companies in the sector both in Italy and abroad, she creates many products placed on the global market. She has won numerous awards and participates in international exhibitions. She is a teacher of toy design; she holds seminars and workshops at universities and specialization schools. Her preferred languages of communication are painting and illustration. She is also author of the ITA-ENG title Designing Educational Toys & Spaces (FrancoAngeli, 2024), and of the Italian title Forme e colori nelle fiabe. Come da un racconto può nascere un gioco (Erickson 2022), and also of various interactive and illustrated children's books.
