About the author

Sanjay Kumar, Ph. D (Additive manufacturing), did post-PhD research in additive manufacturing at following places: Utah State University (USA), National Laser Centre (South Africa), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China) and York University (Canada). He has been active in additive manufacturing research for last twenty years (H-index 20). He is the author of Additive Manufacturing Processes, 2020, Additive Manufacturing Solutions, 2022, and Additive Manufacturing Classification, 2022 and Additive Manufacturing Advantage, 2023, A New Theory of Additive Manufacturing, 2025, Springer, Cham.
