About the author










Prof. Dr. Chakib El Mokhi is Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy and Computer Science at Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra - Morocco. He studied electrical and information engineering in Germany and worked there for several years in the automotive industry. His research focuses on the optimization of energy production and energy efficiency using metaheuristic optimization algorithms. He is also interested in big data and decision-oriented informatics. He is co-editor of the International Journal on Optimization and Applications (IJOA). He is a member of the organizing committees of the International Conference on Optimization and Applications (ICOA) and the international innovation competition (Let's Challenge). He serves as General Chair of the International Conference on Advanced Sustainability Engineering and Technology (ICASET). He has reviewed several academic research articles for MDPI, Springer Nature and many books for CRC Press.

 

Prof. Dr. Hanaa Hachimi took a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from Mohammadia Engineering School, Med V University of Rabat, Morocco, in 2013, and a Ph.D. in Mechanics & Systems Reliability from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rouen, France, in 2013. She had a Master's degree in Mathematical Analysis & Information Processing and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, both from the Faculty of Sciences, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, Morocco, completed in 2009 and 2007, respectively. She is a Full Professor at the National School of Applied Sciences, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, Morocco, and serves as President of the Moroccan Society of Engineering Sciences and Technology (MSEST). Prof. Dr. Hanaa Hachimi is the Editor-in-Chief of “The International Journal on Optimization and Applications” (IJOA) and the Director of the Systems Engineering Laboratory (LGS). She is an IEEE Senior Member affiliated with the Big Data, Optimization, Service, and Security (BOSS) team. Prof. Dr. Hanaa Hachimi is a Lecturer and Keynote Speaker, specializing in courses such as Optimization & Operational Research, Graph Theory, Statistics, Probability, Cryptography, Reliability, AI and Scientific Computing. She is a member of the Moroccan Society of Applied Mathematics (SM2A) and serves as the General Chair of “The International Conference on Optimization and Applications” (ICOA) and the International Competition of Innovation (Let’s Challenge). Additionally, she is a Lions Club member and a UNESCO UIT-Chair Member. Previously, she was the ex-Secretary General and Associate Professor at Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Beni Mellal.

Published more than 200+ Research Papers in various High-Quality ISI-SCI/SCIE/SSCI Impact Factor- Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 Journals cum Scopus/ESCI indexed Journals, 80+ Papers in International Conferences indexed with Springer, IEEE and ACM Digital Library, 60+ Book Chapters in various SCOPUS/WEB OF SCIENCE Indexed Books with Springer, CRC Press, Wiley, IET, Elsevier with Citations: (Google Scholar): 19000+, H-Index: 70 and I-Index: 280; (Scopus): 10200+; H-index: 53.
