Binxing Fang, is Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, senior Chief Scientist of China Electronic Corporation, Honorary President of Cyberspace Institute of Advanced Technology, Guangzhou University, and Chief Academic Advisor of College of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen).
