About the author

Klaus Kühnel is a coach and trainer for change management and industrial process optimization. He oversees the industrial implementation of process and workflow optimisations in ongoing projects at several medium-sized and large manufacturing companies. He is also a lecturer at the University of Munich and an academic supervisor at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.
He holds numerous patents, has won several software innovation awards, and gives lectures at specialist conferences and symposia.
