This topic focuses on the importance of HR management in public secondary schools in Cameroon and its impact on internal performance. The analysis of HR management mechanisms currently in place, schools' internal performance and the correlation between the two forms the core of this research.The research focuses on the processes of recruitment, training and management of teaching and administrative staff in Cameroonian public schools. It also aims to evaluate schools' internal performance, looking at criteria such as pedagogical effectiveness, student achievement and staff satisfaction.By highlighting the links between HR management and internal performance, this research offers an in-depth reflection on how effective personnel management can contribute to improving teaching quality and student success. It highlights the importance of aligning HR management practices with schools' strategic objectives.
