Cathy se convirtió al Señor hace más de 40 años, es charlista internacional, es directora del equipo del ministerio para mujeres «Ezer' de la Iglesia Bautista Internacional en Santo Domingo, directora y productora del Podcast «Mujer Para La Gloria de Dios' bajo la sombrilla del Ministerio de Integridad & Sabiduría. Ha trabajado con la Coalición por el Evangelio, Soldados de Jesucristo en la división de Iniciativas Femeninas y Lifeway mujeres. Instructora adjunto de Panorama del Antiguo Testamento en programa certificado de SWBTS. Graduada del Instituto de integridad y sabiduría y co-escritora del libro «Revolución Sexual' junto con su esposo. Es editora y coautora de «Un Ministerio para mujeres que agrada a Dios y Edifica la Iglesia' y «Mujeres de Influencia' con Publicadores B & H. Coeditora con Patricia García de Namnun de «La Biblia devocional Centradas en Cristo' también con B & H, y coautora con Jeanine Martínez del libro «Por Amor de Su Nombre'. Co-escritura con Karla de Fernández, «Encontrando a Jesús en el Antiguo Testamento' y participante del libro «Un año en los Salmos' y «Un año con Jesús'. Cathy converted to the Lord over 40 years ago, is an international speaker, and serves as the director of the women's ministry team "Ezer" at the International Baptist Church in Santo Domingo. She is also the director and producer of the Mujer Para La Gloria de Dios podcast, under the Ministry of Integrity & Wisdom umbrella. She has worked with the Gospel Coalition, Soldiers of Christ in the Women's Initiatives division, and Lifeway Women. She is an adjunct instructor for the Old Testament Panorama course in the certified program at SWBTS.
She graduated from the Institute of Integrity and Wisdom and co-authored the book Revolución Sexual with her husband. She is the editor and co-author of Un Ministerio para mujeres que agrada a Dios y Edifica la Iglesia and Mujeres de Influencia with B&H Publishers. She co-edited with Patricia García de Namnun La Biblia Devocional Centradas en Cristo also with B&H, and co-authored with Jeanine Martínez the book Por Amor de Su Nombre. She co-wrote with Karla Fernández Encontrando a Jesús en el Antiguo Testamento and participated in the books Un Año en los Salmos and Un Año con Jesús. She has written articles published on various Christian websites: Lifeway Women, Radioeternidad, Soldiers of Christ, Maestras de Bien, the Gospel Coalition, Ezer, Mujer para la Gloria de Dios, and Aviva Nuestros Corazones. She has also participated in podcasts with other women published across different Christian media.
She recently retired from medicine, where she worked for over 40 years as an internist and endocrinologist.
She has been married for more than 40 years to Miguel Núñez, who is the pastor of the International Baptist Church in Santo Domingo.
