Michael Furmston was formerly Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dean, Professor of Law and Senior Research Fellow, University of Bristol; formerly Dean of Law, Singapore Management University, Singapore; and formerly of the Centre for Commercial Law and Justice, Sunway University, Malaysia. He was also a Bencher of Gray's Inn.
James Devenney is Head of the School of Law and Professor of Transnational Commercial Law at the University of Reading, UK. He is also a Full Visiting Professor of Commercial Law at the UCD Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, Ireland; Professor of Commercial Law at Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus; and Visiting Professor of Law, Dalian Maritime University, China.
