Cyber feminism seeks to promote the rights of women who are victims of social media. Social media is considered to be beneficial in some ways, however, it has various negative impacts. Some people fall victims to criminal activities like cyberbullying, cyber trolling, online pornography, etc. which can affect victims mental health and their reputation. About the author

Prof. Deepanjali Mishra earned her PhD in English from Utkal University, India. She teaches Communication at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. Her area of interest includes folklore and culture studies, E-learning, sociolinguistics, English language teaching, management and cyber-security and gender studies. She has over 17 years of teaching and research experience. She has published more than 50 research papers in international journals and several books and has presented her papers in various international conferences in India and abroad.
